Cait, Jin told ARMY last year on a live chat, that he wasn't so crazy about the idea of his nice walls being destroyed with nails, screws, cables, and what have you in order to have cameras installed throughout the house. This was when he was chatting about what shows ARMYs thought would be good for him to make appearance. Good reasons or just excuses, he showed no interest in the show content and promptly, and politely, turned it down.

So one half of the ep is the guests and the other half is one of the panel's They also film it on different days/weeks as well that's why Hobi wasn't on the panel in the second half

For me when bts do a world tour i'm gonna do everything in my power to avoid the entire setlist and any kind of performance. I wanna be surprised. So basically i'd be MIA. Same here, one of my favourite things about their vacation shows like BV is watching bts wake up with their cute bedhead. ๐ฅบ Miss seeing it. The grandma calling him handsome and asking for a picture, why am i crying. ๐๐ญ That sunset is beautiful! How peaceful it would be to relax on the couch with that orange glow. ๐งก๐
