Also I noticed that you guys weren’t sure (or didn’t seem sure) what Jun Seo meant when he said “Oh we’re friends” after he found out Young Jin was also 28 years old as well same as him. In Korean when your exactly the same age year you automatically refer to that person as ‘friends’ meaning you can speak casually together without using honorifics, because in Korean culture when you are younger than the person you are speaking to, out of politeness you should be using honorifics first example you should be addressing the girl (say her name was Josie Lee) that’s older than you as Miss Lee, not by first name Josie, as that comes across as rude unless you ask for that persons consent like “shall we speak casually” which you will be hearing a lot in this series :)

I am loving it so far (am also army!💜) have been watching your reactions for past several years. Josh makes me laugh when he brings up certain Korean mannerisms which may not be familiar on the west side and I just wanted to point out words like ‘you brat’ does not literally mean ‘brat’ as how we know and use of it in english language it’s very playful and not as rude as you think and don’t forget Koreans are one of the most polite people so no way they will suddenly say something that will come across rude in any way just know they are very careful in choosing what words to use and please forgive the inaccurate translation of some of the words like I know Josh is bothered by them over using the word “puppy like eyes or face” when they say that it means more like when we say “you got really cute looking eyes” or “you have a baby face” more so than literally you look like a puppy. I know often Korean translations come out slightly wrong so just wanted you guys to know that. 💜

This man is surprisingly super cute lol and he was nauseous from that ride back, did yall see them fighting for their lives in the helicopter? 😂 Jeong Su seems like a player. Idk I feel like he's not genuine because he does the same affectionate things for both ladies and it's too much like he's acting. My favorite girl is Ji Yeon, she's just so sweet and cute. She should've never been left on that island alone. poor girl lol. Yeah tehwan is very awkward. I don't really care much for looks I just wanted to see how everyone interacts with each other so I wasn't bummed in the casting lol. They seem to have more personality then last season when it was literally gwan hee and hye seon carrying the show 😂
