There's no time jump with the female triangle, the conversation means she worked for them before starting 7 years ago. She got the card and decided to return to work the games to earn money for her daughter and the sick cancer girl. The pregnant girl Josh thought acted like Sae Byuk from last season, is played by Jo Yuri a solo vocalist and former member of IZ*ONE. Kate expressed interest in checking out Bigbang, I highly encourage you guys to do a deep dive, especially their live performances. I'd recommend MAMA 2015, you can see BTS in the crowd absolutely geeking over them.

I think the conversation between soldier 011 and the masked officer about how long they have known each other was to let us know that she's been doing this for that long, and that was not her first time, I think... Also, that amount of money she gave to the broker to help her find her daughter again... I don't think you could easily gather that much just by working at the amusement park, but that's my guess, could be wrong hehe
