I think Juwon's perspective kind of was on a laylow until this episode happened. She was mostly presented as a joyful girl who's enjoying her life with her family. But in this episode, they shpwed how serious she was with considering them as her family. Looking back, she even wanted to have the same surnames and she was very sure that they just needed paperwork... So realizing that they really have their own "real" families might've been heartbreaking for her.
