2024-11-22 21:20:48 +0000 UTCI really love this episode and I watch it from time to time because of how amazing they all are and how fun they looked. though i don't get the hate bc both teams conspired with the pd, jun's team just gave a better offer. Also, if you look at the beginning, jun's team gives 1M won but mingyu's gave only lower than that and they were even thinking about doing lower than what they gave. so i don't think it was unfair on both ends, its just strategy, and also its a show. its all fun and games for them anyway. it should be for viewers as well. this ep also helped me get into stocks, and it's the type where you'd have to watch it again and again to understand it.

But after watching a few more times, just like they said, I came to accept that it too can be considered a strategy in this concept (getting a 3rd party involved). Lol..carats did make a huge fuss on twitter when this aired

But it's fine, the chase did make this episode fun as well. Btw, when i first watched this episode i felt like it was very unfair for Mingyu's team, the win was surely theirs since the beginning but then Jun's team conspired with the PD to change things up and take the win. I'm okay with them cheating and everything, cause it makes the show funny. But the production team getting involved and changing the whole set up seemed a little too much that a lot of Carats did get upset with the PD at the time lol.
