I really hope we get the season 2. I think we'll finally see the loops!! Idk if you remember how the show started, but it started in that exact scene only he stepped in the puddle that time. When he went back, he stopped himself from stepping in the puddle. So. I can't wait to see where they take it from here!!

If not for him, then for his dad's sake. But his dad asking him "your mom's death...it really wasn't you?" like was the thing that finally made him snap. Having the one person you thought this whole time absolutely believed in you and then they ask that. And the fire....the fire wasn't even something he started on purpose. He set the photo on fire, went to throw it away and missed the trash can. He didn't want to die...he was just too tired mentally, emotionally and physically to fight against and remove himself from the fire that killed him. He just kinda gave up. And having Jeha be one of the last things he thought of before it happened?! I bawled for days over Cein.

2024-08-15 18:14:51 +0000 UTCThe changes to Jooan's story were absolutely gut-wrenching. In the BU, Tae hates his father. While he's shocked by his actions, he doesn't mourn his dad. In this drama, Jooan LOVES his dad so much and just wants him to get better and be the father he remembers. I can't even imagine the roller coaster of emotions he went on after stabbing him to protect his mother and sister. ๐ญ๐ญ And the changes to Haru's story too feel so eerie. Making the parents the actual villains of his story and Haru continuing to hurt himself so that he stays in the hospital and away from his family so devastating.

I have followed your whole journey from the VERY beginning. So, I was extremely excited to see your reaction to the drama, especially since I was there when you dived into it early into your baby Army days! Everyone has their own opinion, and is entitled to their opinion, so ty for giving it a chance and for being honest! Although I stand by what I said in the middle of the show, ep 4 or 5? (still think you should have watched the explanation prior; I think you would have enjoyed it a lot more) I'm also glad you didn't. I got to see a new perspective from your thoughts and own personal experiences. I have read the webtoon, seen ALL the VCRs, read ALL the notes, played the game, seen ALL the MV's (including the Japanese ones) and so on! SO going into this as Josh said, an ARMY detective, I was already VERY deep into the BU and was extremely knowledgeable! I am happy you decided to watch XCELESTE explanation video! I am about to go over & watch your reaction also, just to let you know, yes there was ALOT of changes in the drama, and a lot that wasn't even introduced!(praying for a season 2) But like Josh said, there's soooo much to try to incorporate in just 12 episodes. Also, side note, they had to change the names because they didn't want ppl (outside of army) to think that this really happened in BTS real lives. No matter how many times someone says fiction, you still get those who blow things out of proportion. And then Covid hit! So filming took even longer! Thank you again soo much! Apobangpo! Borahae! (Sorry for the book lol)
