Thank you for this surprise video! I mentioned this before but I am a Carat from predebut era, so around 2012/2013. There wasn't any Youtube live back then so in between my classes, I will learn Korean just enough to type out in the search engine and watch their random lives and trainings through a low quality stream.
In Korea, I will go to the Pledis cafe and quietly watch them work part time, and usually Coups will be there. If I'm lucky Wonwoo and some other trainees (that didn't make it into the group) will be there too. Hence Coups and Wonwoo became one of my biases. Sometimes I will tweet to them, and Coups will reply me because back then, their twitter was mostly managed by themselves.
I had no friends who were Carats even after their debut, I went to their concert alone but I had so much fun! I even keep their first ever non-official concert lightstick before Caratbong was invented. They earned everything they achieved through hard work and tears and I am immensely proud of our Sebongs.

Ugh not me crying like a baby 😢😢 these boys have brought so much happiness into my life! The thing I love the most about them is their bond. They are a huge family that plays around, get into fights, cry together and at the end of the day love each other thru the good and bad times. As a carat since 2016 I feel so connected to them and can feel the love they have for us. They really came from nothing, their "self produced" title came from them stepping up and making their own music bc pledis was going bankrupt. They took their destiny into their own hands and made it happen for themselves. 13 seems like an excessive number to outsiders but they all bring something unique and essential to the whole group. Each member is NEEDED. I wasn't ready for the video call at the end 😭 I feel like the carats in the doc said everything I wanted to say, to thank them for making me smile and laugh through the shitty parts of life. Thank you both for this surprise and I'm glad u enjoyed it too! It was a good look at seeing seventeen in another perspective. Love yall 🩵🩷🩵🩷

OMG what a great way to end my Saturday night! I watched this documentary for the first time along with you guys and wow it just me feel so emotional of Svt's journey. Going from 800 to 72K fans in a concert is crazzzy! I loved how we got to see actual Carats participating in this documentary from seeing the details of the Carat events around the city to the video messages, it's always so heartwarming to see complete strangers being able to bond from the love they have for a group!
