At 3:51 of Episode 4 Part 2, Sol starts to tell Tae-Sung how to treat her if "innocent Sol" comes back. This is a reference to the #1 Korean Rom-Com movie of all time, soundtrack and all - My Sassy Girl from 2001. This is the 2nd time I've commented to you guys on a drama doing a callback to this classic, I don't remember where exactly but I remember pointing it out. It was to this same scene too, that's how famous it is. I'm going to keep recommending this movie on occasion. There's a good copy with ENG sub on dailymotion, it's otherwise hard to find because there's been so many remakes in many different languages, there was even a USA remake with Elisha Cuthbert in 2008.

But now that she's went back in time (couple times now) things are changing little by little- so when she falls off the bridge it brings her old original memories back of him trying to save her, but this time he did save her on time and didnt hurt her legs. Regarding her accident it will continuously come up, but since now shes altered events, slowly the original events are going to change as well

When sun jae saved her when she fell in the water it brought back her memories of when she had her car accident and sun jae was the one who saved her. Although he saved her, he didn't save her on time and thus she lost feeling in her legs. Sun jae has felt guilty for all these years especially since sol blamed him (even though she didnt know who it was and she was angry at the situation). When she saw sun jae running towards her on the bridge it brought everything back she remembered who was the one who saved her. In the present when eclipse are at the radio station sun jae was meant to ring a random number but he rang sol because he wanted to hear her voice and ultimately was the reason why she wanted to live.

As long as she doesn't get in the car accident, she will remember everything in the future. The flashback was when he saved her from the accident that made her unable to walk. she was mad at the person who saved her ( not knowing it’s him because at that time she doesn’t know his existence at all) , because i think she needed to vent her anger to someone when she discovered that she can no longer walk. And he felt sorry toward her because i think he blames himself for not arriving in time to save her (her legs).
