I can't wait until you guys check out the performances and the caratland 2022 unit switches are all soo good. I know you guys reacted to the 97 line light a flame but the do re mi stages (both the original and caratland switch) are some of my favorite performances

Thank you for your reaction, this album is awesome and definitely has that one sound starting with Home;run, omg i love this era so much, it’s so jazzy, dancy, colorful and stylish. Also they all did switched performances for those songs on Caratland 2022 i hope you’ll check it out in the future. And original versions were performed on Power of love concert which is also must watch in the future. Thank you guys have a nice day!!

2024-02-21 07:20:22 +0000 UTCIt's good that you mentioned the symbolism of "semicolon". It was purposeful esp. this EP went out when people were struggling during the quarantine times. A lot of us related to it, felt heard and got comforted. Also, if I remember it right, Woozi played clarinet for the wind instrument in FLIGHT A FLAME. Bumzu-ssi posted in ig a short clip of Woozi recording it. As for ALL MY LOVE - its Korean title, 겨우 (kyeo-u), means "barely" and it does tell so much about the song. When you have this plus the English title, the message gets translated so well. And this is one of the precious tracks of Woozi. It's his baby. He shared before that this was the last song he made for Semicolon. He felt happy and accomplished once it done.

I only knew this album was about friendship/growing up so I loved that you guys tied that in. Amazing & cohesive album, production as always is S-tier and woozi & bumzu's vision always comes thru. The next album is heng:garae and it's 🔥🔥🔥 one of my faves! Thank you guys again, loved hearing all the production knowledge from Josh and Cait dissecting those lyrics, yall the onesssss fr 🤞🏽

Seventeen usually do the default Vocal/HipHop/Performance unit songs on their albums but for Semicolon they did age line units for the first time and I wish they’d do it more often (manifesting this for their next cb). The cool thing about Seventeen is that each age line has a member from each of the 3 main units, which makes these age units soooo balanced. All the songs are so great on this album but i’m gonna have to give it to Ah!love and All My Love. The All My Love acoustic version is top tier but you’ve already seen that haha
