Personally, I think season 7 deserves a chance. It's true that it was a different season, with 3 or 4 main characters appearing only in one or two episodes, and it was very divided among the fans. I admit that I didn't like it, and I think I only saw it when it premiered (except for the final episode, which I have seen several times), but maybe that was more due to the expectations of the moment (and a season 6 that was already a little weak) than because it lacked good things. It's a bit of a return to season 1 with some new characters (some I loved, others not so much) and some familiar ones continuing their development. In the end, it all depends on Sofie. But if those of us who follow the show had to vote on whether to continue or drop it, judging by the comments, I think giving it a chance would win (even for those of us who don't love it). Just my opinion.

Many of the main characters are there the whole time and ones that are not there the whole time make some appereances. The series finale,the last episode of season 7 is so emotional and feels like a series finale the way season 6 season finale does not feel like a series finale in my opinion. And the new characters are so strong and interesting in season 7 and the storylines refreshing and interesting,in my opinion season 7 is better than season 5 or 6 of once upon a time.

There’s some really great new characters, the old characters that are there get some really good development and it’s honestly a really fitting bookend for the show, it’s structured a lot like season 1. It’s kind of similar to the shakeup of the last few seasons of The Vampire Diaries, just on a slightly bigger scale: it’s still the same show, just tweaking the story accordingly. I actually personally like season 7 more than seasons 5 and 6, it feels like they brought back a lot of the creativity of the earlier seasons but that’s just me.

I hated it at first because I was attached to the timeline we follow in the other seasons but it ended up being pretty nice and nicely made and some main characters here get more character development. It's just one season and I love your reactions so I hope you'll give it a chance, even if it's one episode once in a while when you feel like it 😉

Been waiting for you to see this episode ☺️ As for s7, I personally dislike it and never fully watched it myself, however, there are some scenes that are important for the characters. So if you decide to not watch it, at least read what happened or check out especially episode 2 and the very end of the season finale ☺️
