Lately, I’ve been dealing with a very persistent online stalker. This person has been sending me over a hundred emails and private messages, and even filing repeated reports on Patreon. and no matter how many times I ban them, they make a new account and resubscribe. It’s been exhausting. Because of this, Patreon flagged me with some community guideline stuff, and it’s messed up my ability to post new content for you.
I don’t want this one person ruining the space for everyone. That’s why I’m asking if some of you might be willing to help out as moderators. Basically, if you notice anything weird like a suspicious account or spammy messages, you could let me know so I can deal with it faster. So if you’d like to volunteer, just let me know. Even just a couple extra eyes would make a huge difference.

You are in a very difficult position because you can’t fully block him but moving forward don’t acknowledge this again online. Any little bit of recognition on your part keeps obsessive people going. I’m so sorry you are dealing with this! What he wants is a reaction and to be noticed by you, because you are public online the only thing to do is hold out until he moves on to someone else that is more entertaining to torment.

2025-10-04 18:36:20 +0000 UTCI'm so sorry to hear it Sofie. I do threat assessment and violence response work, especially around stalking, relationship violence, and other gender-based violence. I'm not sure what state you are in, but there are victim advocates who can point you toward resources and present you with all of your options (reporting, civil protection order, safety planning, etc.). Happy to consult with you or get you connected to support.

Just repeating the circle. From grandparents, to parents and now to them. If you need anything just write up. I can help up with designs (posters, banners, thumbnails, etc) to these types of things. I hope Patreon can do the right thing and help you permanently block this guy. You work so hard to bring joy to people. Don’t let one a-hole steal your passion for this work.
