I agree with you 100%. They originally wanted a 70 minutes final episode but that was declined for budget reasons, so they had to cram it all in 50 mi ...🤔🙂 Christian Linke said it would have told a little more about Ekko and Jinx, but would have been the same as it is now otherwise, only slower paced with a bit more build up...🙂

2025-07-28 13:41:14 +0000 UTCI understand why it felt rushed, but after thinking about it, I don't really know what else they could have included. Some say they should have included Jinx and Ekko rallying the Undercity, but that would’ve just been a waste of screen time. It's already shown in episodes 2x4 and 2x5 that the Undercity recognizes Jinx as their savior. So there wouldn’t be any real resistance worth giving its own screen time. Some say they should have included more about Jinx and Ekko. I agree with that. Some say they should have given more time to war preparations. I don’t think war was the focal point of this story I didn’t feel any real weight in it. Sure, they could’ve added some things here and there, but I don’t think the excluded scenes took away any crucial part of the story. They would’ve just expanded on concepts and developments we already understood not added anything fundamentally new. It’s always nice to see scenes that enhance what’s already been built, but if we go down that road, I’d want every episode to be 180 minutes long instead of 40–50 per season and I wouldn’t even mind. But you just can’t satisfy every viewer.

It felt like they told the story perfectly through the first seven episodes, then realized they had too much story left to tell in the last two, and tried to cram it all in as gracefully as they could. They did however, give a little encore with the "Ma Meilleure Ennemie" music video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j-RpvIuazmc), which tells just a bit of the story they missed in the show...

Also there are many signs at the end there, that show that jinx is most likely alive and on that ship at the end. I think she says at the beginning of season 1 that one day she is gonna ride on one!

The creators said there’s lots of spin-offs coming so we aren’t done with this universe yet 😌 Ekko is definitely my favorite character in the show and just as it was foreshadowed in season 1, he really is the Boy Savior!!

Animated by the same company that did arcane and while It’s a trailer for the new season of the game, it gives us a sneak peek into the next series to come, based around Noxus. Events from Arcane are also mentioned _______ PS: Jinx is speculated to be alive and the creators and actors play around with the idea without saying anything concrete. When they fell, right before the explosion happened, you can see a purple light leave right before. That’s what Cait was looking at—the air vents or ducts, how she could have left. At the start of the series, Episode 1 Jinx said one day she would ride one of those ships, and that’s why we see the ship leaving the city in the final scene. The ending definitely could have used 1 or 2 more episode and I'm not exactly show whats the messaging there between Jinx and Vi but I personally think they are saying there is no timeline where Jinx and VI are together and happy. I also don't get why in the other universe they shows us that jinx has the rocks, are they saying those were never the issue ? IDK but overall amazing series, definitely top 5 🙂
