Because this work is based on a Korean cartoon(called webtoon or manhwa) series published in 2015. The cartoon has a universe and the first series was serialized in 2005, with the main character, Young-tak, who has the ability to stop time. Young-tak briefly showed his face in this drama.(It's a student who want to transfer another school in "man in the Between" episode.) The order of the series is timing - moving - bridge, and it's still on going.
