The problem with Cole is that he always wants to kill Phoebe‘s family instead of just being with her he always wants to get ride of her sisters and have her to himself

It's more complicated than that. Cole wasn't the demon that killed innocents for the Source. Belthazor was. Cole never stood a chance against Belthazor until he met Phoebe. Just like he was mostly unable to fight off the Source inside him. He never wanted to be the Source. He even tried to get rid of it, but Phoebe prevented it. Now I get that Cole doesn't get a clean slate just because it was the demon inside him that did all the evil stuff. But condemning him and not saving him because of the crimes that his demon side did, which they already vanquished, seems just wrong. He tried to be a good person as a human and I think that deserves a second chance.

This episode breaks my heart 😢 But I have to admit, I actually don’t see how they could have done more to save Cole. Maybe early on episodes ago when he was still fully fighting for control? But now…he and the source were too interconnected by this point. They were basically one evil being that still somehow loved Phoebe. As sad as it is, I think he had to die. I adore the Phoebe and Cole love story! But I always believed it was meant to end tragically, kind of like Prue and Andy (though in drastically different ways, of course)

I actually don't think Cole deserved to be saved. He's tragic, for sure, but he spent a century hunting, maiming, killing people as a bounty hunter for the Source. He was feared for a reason. Loving Phoebe doesn't undo all that, as much as we want them to work, romantically speaking (and damnit, Phoebe deserves love without a catch). He was a morally gray character (and one of my favorites, tbh) in a sort of black and white show, so yeah, they sort of fumbled him, but I don't necessarily agree he deserved salvation.
