Yeah, Micheal's power works kinda similarly to Lucifer's mechanics-wise, which makes sense since they are twins after all.. But Instead of pulling out people's hidden desires, he pulls out hidden fears, which is definitely very different in practice.

2025-05-19 15:46:03 +0000 UTCSeason 5 has some really good moments and episodes. The evil twin cliche - but it works here and yes Tom Ellis does a fantastic job at differentiating the two characters. Oh no, the "gift from god" secret is now in play with Chloe! Will we get some answers and satisfaction on this and their relationship? What is that wretched fear Michael brought to the surface with Linda? You do realize Chloe was playing both Michael and Maze - she was being seductive with Michael in the precinct because she KNOWS how Lucifer would react to that and Michael was uncomfortable. And telling Maze she was going to sleep with Michael, was also to push Maze's buttons. She's always been good at playing a part to get suspects to reveal themselves.....
