Shinee's Replay was one of the first kpop songs I had EVER heard. It was all the way back in 2008 and I was only 7 lol but it has been a core memory for me and is still one of my favorite songs ever and a favorite release a kpop artist has ever released. No one here will be mad if you do a mini exploration into Shinee and Taemin! Shinee are hugely respected in both the industry and among fandoms for the most part since so many idols look up to and are inspired by them. I would LOVE to see you guys react to Taemin's Killing Voice and also for Cait to see Taemin's MVs like Criminal, Danger, Move, IDEA, etc.

It was shinee's album that got him into music and svt debuted a week before shinee was promoting view (which is still one of THE kpop songs) and there's a lot of cute videos and clips of his fanboying back then + a really cute video of the shinee members doing the adore u choreo and singing along during a mama? performance. If you do want to get into Shinee or Taemin that would be really cool! They're such an iconic group and have had a massive impact on the industry. Like Jonghyun is one of the orginal idols who fought to be involved in actually making their own music (and if you get deeper you can really see how he influenced Taemin's own artistic style) and Shinee and Taemin were at the forefront of a lot of trends in kpop. Its no joke to say Taemin is the most looked up to idol by other idols and its a running joke to be like there's no boy Shinee fans in fandom because they all became idols.

Shinee got me into kpop back in 2011 and have been one of my ult groups in kpop 😁 Just like you guys, I've fallen for svt this year so I'm so happy to see you're intrigued by Taemin and I hope you explore his music (shinee too!)
