This was intended to be in season 4, before FOX cancelled the show, so Chloe would have known about Lucifer's true self. But once Netflix took the reins the writers took a slightly different direction. So when this bonus episode takes place is kind of in limbo. Also hard to see if you are not watching on a big screen TV, but the pad Lucifer stole from the therapist's desk was a prescription pad, hence his line about going to the nearest pharmacy.... And yes, the notion of the Angel of Death is as misconstrued as the Devil in this universe - The Angel of Death is not evil, but rather to facilitate recently dead souls going to Heaven, while it seems those destined for Hell automatically go there....
