If some critics add comedy , maybe, but at their core those movie are not. Well, looks like Forest is gonna win, wish you'll address if it was really one after you react to it.

2024-10-31 22:44:44 +0000 UTCThis surprises me. I live in the UK and there is normally a lot of joy and excitement at the very mention of The Princess Bride, especially among movie buffs. I only know one person who has seen it and doesn't like it. I recently watched an amateur kids theatre group perform a play that they had based on the film, that included all the characters and quotes. The audience understood all the in-jokes.

(I have no idea) I'm Spanish, and I know many people who knows and loves The Princess Bride, and certainly for me, a very special film, with adventure, comedy, romance, action, and with some of the most quoted phrases in the cinema, never get tired of it... but it seems like Forrest Gump wins, a really great movie but not so comedy for me

The rest should’ve been something like Robin Hood Man In Tights or Blazing Saddles. But at the end of the day, every movie on this poll is fire and is going to be great to see Sofie react to whatever wins.

But that as a community we voted overwhelmingly for comedy as the next genre over drama and then voted for Forest Gump to win the comedy poll is a comedy in itself.😂

But the Princess Bride is iconic, and most reactors thoroughly enjoy it. Forrest Gump is likewise a cinematic masterpiece, though not a comedy.
