2023-08-12 15:45:22 +0000 UTCVocal Unit usually have very chill songs and they have to be calm for their unit songs, so when they get the opportunity to switch unit songs during Caratland they make sure to have all the fun its like they're being let loose. Especially with the combination of members like you're not going to put Jeonghan, Joshua, Woozi, Dokyeom and Seungkwan in a unit together and not expect comedy sketches lol. Vocal unit is might as well be the comedy/variety unit (at least in Gose bcs all of them except for seungkwan and joshua are introverts)

But if you will watch just one day, please do Day 3 so you can see all of their punishment/unfit songs, plus Shua leveled up that day😊 Also, the costume Hoshi was wearing is a hamster. Fun Fact: before the whole tiger agenda, Hoshi's animal representative is a hamster. He was just soooo cute in their early years (he still is now but you know what I mean). Until today, Carats are still divided as to supporting his tiger agenda or sticking with the hamster (hamzzi) image😅

We joke SEVENTEEN are separated into 3 Units to make it easier to separate them into teams for games and competitions against each other. Reverse Units is always one of my favorite Segments of CARAT Land. As well songs that Don’t suit SEVENTEEN was so much fun to watch. Also love our Evil Twins Jeonghan and Joshua are the Center of Attention. If you guys are interested in any behind the scenes or are interested in how SEVENTEEN works their magic, then I would recommend Inside SEVENTEEN. You also get a chance to experience the different personalities between the units. Such as the Vocal Unit being the most Chaotic, Hip Hop Unit is more layback and more chill unit, and then Performance Unit is a mixture of both. There are also behind the scenes episodes for the unit switches both in the recording booth and for the choreo and it’s all very cool yet so unserious (coughs VOCAL TEAM??) at the same time lmao, highly recommend it as an add on when you get to watching the full concert! Oh and for the check in recording, idk how far along you’ll be in the svt content journey by then but the vocal team also changed some of the lyrics/adlibs to feature a bunch of their inside jokes so if they seem a bit random/nonsensical as you’re watching, just know that they’re a reference to something and will make sense eventually! They’re already so chaotic but it’s even more hilarious when you have all the context haha, or if you don’t want to wait I’m sure carats would be happy to explain all the references later too!

To explain the context of the chicken costume: each year at Caratland, they do unit switches to cover each other's songs & vocal team are by far THE MOST CHAOTIC every time! They're always doing a draw during the performance to see who gets to wear some crazy costume and lowkey kinda trolling during the whole thing too (DK's high pitched rapping never fails to make a return hahaha). Once you get to all the Caratlands, you will see all the insane stuff they come up for their switches LOL. Definitely look forward to these unit switches, they are the highlight of Caratland bc we never know which unit is covering which unit and which songs they are doing so its always such a fun surprise!

They did hiphop units UN HAENG IL CHI and performance unit Jam Jam lol . IDK if you can find a clear video but their are fancams. Caratland 2022 they did moonwalker by performance unit and its so good and funny lol for 2023 they did Pang! by performance unit and its so good too. I can't wait till you watch a full caratland lol its great!
