So true. I feel like English dubs nowadays are AWFUL and have no emotion. It's just awkward and cringey. I miss hearing the classic voice actors and a few of my favourites were crispin freeman, laura bailey, brittney karbowski, greg ayres, chris patton, luci christian, and monica rial.

2023-08-03 07:32:25 +0000 UTCCheyenne explained Near and Mello already. As for dub vs sub. Death Note's dub isn't bad at all. I noticed a lot of the older animes dubs are pretty decent. I have a hard time with new dubs cuz some voice actors pronounce things wrong and that bugs me since it's their job. Also I feel like dubs do lose some of the right vibes for scenes cuz they do have to translate it and dub it to the mouths opening. Also since I've worked at cons with some of the English voice actors, some I just can't stand hearing them anymore cuz they were terrible to work with. But in all honesty, if you feel more comfortable watching dub, then go for it.

The orphanage is called wammy's house and was founded by watari in winchester england. It was basically a training center for gifted children that had insane amounts of intelligence and the most accomplished one was L. None of them are related by blood and their names are kept a secret. Mello is older than near by a few years. Near sounds more feminine because he's still a young boy and was only 13 when he was first introduced while mello was 15. During this investigation near is 17 years old while mello is 19. L loves sugar, mello loves chocolate, and near loves to play with toys and fidget with his hands, i think this is just their way of coping with using their brain power MORE than the average person you know. ๐ It gives them energy. BTW light's dad and sister were in a separate helicopter so they're safe. I liked how you decided to watch episode 28 in English dub just to see what it would sound like. The dub is amazing and the humour comes through MUCH more strongly. ๐ Light shouting at misa HAHA what a moment. You're almost done watching the show in sub so you might as well finish it in sub. It's too late. If you try getting into FMAB later that's 100% dub worthy no questions asked. ๐ฏ
