our blues is my favorite kdrama and this is one of the reasons why i keep on coming back to you guys i love your reactions so much! i first watched your reaction in april, it was what helped me cope with the shit i've been enduring at the time. then i subscribed again in august and rewatched the whole thing. now i'm rewatching this again. merry christmas to you and your kids! i love you guys lots!! thank you for your reactions!

2023-06-07 12:22:52 +0000 UTCIt’s so good seeing Kim Woobin back on screen after recovering from cancer! Along with his girlfriend the beautiful Shin Minah. I’m familiar with most of the cast, there’s so many top actors in this show and the atmosphere and cinematography of Jeju Island was captured beautifully. I started watching it a while ago but didn’t get very far yet because I‘ve been busy with other things but I hope I can watch it completely this time.

Episode 1 is easy going and slow but the episodes get better and better since you will see the heart wrenching story of more characters! xoxo :D

I was shocked when I found out that elderly women still do this job. It must be physically quite demanding. Actually as of 2014, 98% of divers are woman over the age 50. So this job is slowly getting extinct. Jeju’s dialect is different than the other Korean dialects. It is grammatically Korean, but, some of the vocabulary words are so different that even native mainland Koreans can’t understand. That's why in this drama sometimes you will see subtitles written in korean. Seungkwan from seventeen is actually from Jeju.

Interesting thing Cait Shin Min ah, the female lead in Hometown cha cha cha and Kim woo bin the guy that was driving the boat Josh was making fun of how he was talking with a mean face are dating. I hope you are not confused with my explanation, lol.
