Glory EP 14 REACTION

I think dongeun knows that telling doyoung where sohees body is… is def a gamble.. but I think that’s the point… and it’s one that she wants him to accept and understand. They’ve built a strange bond bc she saw he’s really a good man and a great father…she doesn’t want to hurt him bc even though he grew up wealthy and can do anything he wants with his money and wealth… he’s still a man that took his shoes off walking into dongeuns apartment at the end of last season .. you know such a small and simple act that earned yeonjin one last chance to be the bigger person and do the right thing by confessing to her crimes and dong eun after her whole life of planning this revenge for these ppl and specific reasons that she wanted them to suffer by taking themselves out basically… and she respects and appreciates doyoung so much that she tried to give him this kindness.. but of course yeonjin only pushed her further, put her down even more and basically said “Bring it on.” I think doyoung was intrigued on how dongeun planned out this revenge like a game of go… she was smart.. she didn’t force things to happen just whenever.. she’s been patient and pretty non responsive to yeon Jin’s threats .. reminds me of when she came home telling him she was making dinner and when she got home he was eating a salad and said he responded to her by not responding lol and she flipped out but he wasn’t gonna give her the time of day … I think he even mentioned playing go with dongeun or something but not in a hateful aggressive way… but just a small comment… talking about her intriguing him or something.. he’s still a good dude and just explaining what she’s asking… it’s like she wants him to fight back and hurl insults at her like jaejun does or her mom…it’s what she knows. Also remember he’s trying to make sure that he still has yesol… yeonjin and jaejun are the biological parents… and if he compulsively reacted and said the wrong thing bc he’s fighting her fire with fire… he could lose yesol. He’s trying to get his ducks in a row kinda thing I think. Something that will make there be no question as to who has custody of yesol… and it def should be him. I think he’s thinking like dongeun and trying to be smart and not react with emotion … playing the long game so to speak… but that’s just what I think . So many layers ya know… that’s what makes it so so good
