2023-02-14 18:46:12 +0000 UTCTo answer your question, yes his mom has a quirk. It was briefly mentioned in episode 1 when Izuku was younger and they visited the doctor who said he had no quirk. She said she could like move small objects to herself or something like that. Kind of similar to telekinesis but not quite telekinesis. I don't know if it was ever mentioned again after that, so it was very brief.
