Not sure if you understood the weight of what Ji Won was yelling at the therapist but like Hyun Soo got misdiagnosed, hes not fully anti social personality but they diagnosed him when he had just had a traumatic thing happen to him and people were trying to take away the one thing he has to do with his mother and like Ji Won said, any NORMAL child would have reacted the same way but because everyone was telling Hyun Soo that hes a sociopath and that he lacks emotions and stuff, thats just what he became because he believed it and its so sad how much that messed him up because things like that happen all the time in real life
