I had forgotten about the dog cop, but rewatching that scene with Cait's commentary was hilarious! Also, I think 'woof' is an american/english onomatopoeic word. They probably said the Japanese version, but I wouldn't know what it is. I just know from watching bangtan or kdramas that their sound words are different from ours, so I figure it's the same here. I also didn't remember seeing Dabi this early so it was awesome to see you get so excited when I didn't know it was coming.
