The day, which is the OST here, was sung by Kim Tae-hyung's friend Park Hyo-shin (they recently hosted a radio show together)
He is also the original singer of the song "that night in 1991, when cold wind blew" covered by Jungkook.

The last scene is probably one of my favourites from this kdrama, it's outrageous yet beautifull...no man at that time would dare to touch woman's skirt like that, so it's not just awkward scene between man and a woman, but it has deep meaning. Also up to this point Aeshin hasn't shown fear in any scenes, even at gunpoint she wasn't scared, but here with that one simple touch you can see how fearful and angry she became, which says a lot about her character.

Dong-mae loves Ae-shin very much, but Dong-mae is well aware that love with Ae-shin cannot be achieved due to the difference in status with Ae-shin. So when Ae-shin's skirt rubbed against Dong-mae's hand, Dong-mae grabbed it, but he couldn't do anything more. Dong-mae hurt Ae-shin who helped her, but Dong-mae hopes that her beloved Ae-shin will not be hurt by it. In those days, it was considered shameful for a woman to lift up her skirt and show her ankles, and it was unacceptable to touch the skirt of a noblewoman. So, Ae-shin feels fear and insults from Dong-mae. The last scene of this episode shows Dongmae's sad love for Ae-shin. Legendary ending...♡
