The one that is dead is grandpa aka the father in law of the lady with a scar. This grandpa was the one who was ordering to beat Eugene's parents and then kill. So basically there are 3 generations of this family: Grandpa - who is dead, husband and wife that you saw at the end of this episode and Huiseong - The son of this couple aka the guy who is Aesin's fiance

2022-09-26 03:24:28 +0000 UTCidk i think it’s lowkey obv that eugene likes lady ae shin. he literally tried to explain himself on why he’s at the hotel. also he chooses not to arrest lady aeshin & says he wants to protect her when he should be doing his job. he’s clearly interested in her but i mean it’s only the beginning so i expect it’ll become more obvious as the show goes on
