2022-09-07 03:31:24 +0000 UTCSince you both loved this movie I would recommend watching “Weathering with You”!! It’s supposed to take place in the same time and place that the older Mitsuha and Taki met. You can actually see the older Mitsuha as an Easter egg in “Weathering with You”!

Maybe tae mentioned about this anime too but i cant really remember. so I was curious! Still have goosebumps watching this again with you guys. Love this anime so much :D

They're both amazing movies 💜 Studio Ghibli movies are also incredible and are some of my favourites so i'd absolutely LOVE to see you guys react to some of those too 💜

Seeing the way you decipher the plot, your reactions to the art, and the story itself is enjoyable! At 13:15 the teacher is actually from another movie of his called "the garden of words!" I remember losing my mind seeing her here! 😂 You caught on eventually but she cut her hair because she wanted to. If you watch enough anime and dramas you'll notice how women will cut their hair short if they're going through a break up or a hard time. It's like cutting off the bad parts of your life and leaving them behind to start fresh. I like the idea. It's really sweet but at least he became good friends with his crush. It's adorable to see the interaction. He has amazing friends for sticking by him, giving him support and traveling to another city. I knew you guys were going to appreciate the art style. Makoto shinkai has a very realistic and beautiful touch with his hands. The soundtrack for this movie is gorgeous too! Radwimps did a phenomenal job. Nandemonaiya is my favourite track and i remember singing this song so much when the movie first came out. ❤️ Oh josh.. jungkook said the same thing about this movie! He loves it and says he wonders if he'll meet his soulmate that way. The ringing of the bells and just a sense. Like many people mentioned already, i think spirited away would be the next anime movie to watch. It's a ghibli film (pronounced JIB-LEE) and he's famous for his hand drawn films. Highly recommend watching the dub for any of his movies! 😊

Wheathering with you(Done by the same person who did your name),Perfect blue(it’s a psychological/thriller anime movie), howls moving castle(it’s romance/fantasy)or I want to eat your pancreas( it’s a weird name but it’s a really good movie, I’d say it’s in the romance genre.)
