2022-08-09 07:03:45 +0000 UTCyea it can get confusing to catch up with all the patients and their stories, but as you'll keep watching along, im not saying not to focus on it but generally you dont have to get too caught up in the patients stories cuz patient stories are just per each episode of the show, its not a recurring thing where you have to know all the details of the patients from previous episode (if that makes sense ><)

2022-08-08 21:48:15 +0000 UTCAlso just for info I guess if you need it, the 5 friends and their specialisations (itβs easier if you know what they specialise in so that you can deduce whoβs patient case and surgeries they are since theyβre vastly different that way you wonβt be as confused I think): ikjun (one with the kid) is a assistant professor of general surgery but specialises in liver transplants jeongwon (the one that was supposed to be the CEO of the hospital) is an assistant professor for pediatric surgery (kids ya know) Junwan (guy with the glasses) is an associate professor of cardiothoracic surgery (hearts ya know) Seok-hyeong (the one who always calls his mum) is an assistant professor of gynaecology and obstetrics (babies ya know) Songhwa is an associate professor of neurosurgery (brains ya know) All the residents and students and whos who will get easier the more you watchππ hope this helped

2022-08-08 21:44:11 +0000 UTCI think you were a bit confused with the surgeries and whoβs doing what like you said. So songhwa had a prior surgery that took the 13 hours like you saw, ik jun (songhwaβs friend who has a kid) went into surgery at the same time as songhwa did for her first one and I think you confused that with the incompetence professor that didnβt want to the the TSA which wasnt the case it was just ikjun doing his own surgeries. The reason the guy who asked songhwa had to apologise to the patient that was going to get the TSA is bc he spoke really rudely to him when he was asking him to switch professors so that songhwa could do it. If you rewatch that scene he really did speak rudely and songhwa heard him so he had to apologise. Hope this made sense
