i’m not a fan of gook do 👮♂️either! every interaction he has with bong soon he’s either yelling at her or calling her weak because she’s a woman. i honestly don’t see why bong soon likes him.

If I'm correct you see it as he's stringing her along because he knows she likes him. ? I just don't like how he acts like he's her father. He's always telling her what not to do and crossing boundaries in that way way too often and sometimes too aggressively for my liking. They're supposed to be friends, but have we even seen them hang out since the show started? If they have, I honestly can't remember because it seems like he just scolds/lectures her and then dips. I also think back to that brief flashback of why she wanted to keep her strength a secret. He said something along the lines of being into girls in need of protecting .EWW. That's how he sees her and that's how she lowers herself to seem to him. Idk, his character definitely triggers things I've gone through personally. Maybe he'll change in future episodes, but for now, I just don't like him.
