Regarding Acupuncture, definitely go to a real acupuncturist with a degree in eastern medicine. Also, there are plenty of doctors with MD and an additional degree in Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture (covered by insurance in most cases). There are also acupuncturists who are chiropractors as well. Just DO NOT get one of those "acupuncture" treatment at a spa...those are ridiculous and not real.

Fun fact: the song that was playing at the final scene is IU's "Our Happy Ending", she wrote this song specifically for that scene and never released it officially. she was too emotionally invested in it and she wanted the scene to be more special. you can find the whole song on youtube tho, the lyrics are beautiful and its 100% inspired by Man-wol and Chanseong's story.
