Josh its a matter of watching the right ones. There are so many kdramas out there with amazing stories but a whole lot of them are hella repetitive. For example after Goblin a lot of them kind of modelled the same trope of back and forth around it becuase it was a successful formula hehe

BTOB fandom is called Melody and everyone in BTOB finished their mandatory military service last year. Sung Jae is also 95 liner and friends with Taehyung and Jimin. BTOB is known also as "Beagle Idols" because they are highly energetic and friendly. They have always been nice and supportive of BTS since their debut.

And I feel like that's why the Goblin fell in love with her, he needed someone like her in his life, someone to remind him that life is worth living. I feel like they are soulmates in a way. Some quotes that are my favorite that she said in the show are: "We might cry from time to time, but we should smile a lot...and cheer up." "Even if I were to die tomorrow, I must live today." "Life is a momentary thing. You came and you go." I love her so much!😢😭❤

This whole drama has vibe with the mixture of sorrow and love, and I think the writer is having a good balance between them. As you know the whole theme of this series is about death, so I think the writer just don't want to make it appear as typical romance love story. I understand what Josh meant tho:)

2022-02-20 04:29:16 +0000 UTCI think the reaper and sunny fill in the areas of like great dramatic sweping romance in the drama so that the goblin and eun-tak can have the lighter cute moments I feel like the goblin needs the levity and cute moments that eun-tak has with him otherwise he'd be morose and sad he's almost 1,000 years old and has seen alot of death he's not a happy guy but their relationship offers him those chances at happiness Their relationship being cute on one hand and terribly tragic on the other makes it easier to watch for me If that makes sense lol
