Maybe it's the ex psych grad in me. The characters here are compelling and Ms Ko an interesting take on the femme fatale. And ofc I agree the Sangtae actor is great.

2022-01-23 05:06:13 +0000 UTCya'll reactions are so funny especially when Josh starts singing the Goblin OST and the "It's okay not to be okay" OST. Also, the umbrella scene was meaningful because he shaded his brother in the rain just like his mother did. Always protecting him and putting him first before himself, but now Ko Moon-young who observed this is a new variable in their dynamic. Now she is the one who is putting her umbrella over him so he won't get rained on while he takes care of his brother... which symbolizes how she is the one comforting/caring/protecting him since no one else does. I found that moment to be wholesome and he looks so happy in the final scene breaking free finally letting his emotions go from the pressure and obligations he was battling with all those years.

They tortured us for 8 episodes so when Gangtae finally snaps at the end as he punches the guy and just... stops trying to hold himself back, it was so good to watch. Also Josh, in the middle of having a mental breakdown with tears in his eyes "girl it's really windy out there and that skirt is really short" cracked me up 😂 the actor of Sangtae is just doing that, acting, so yes he is incredible for portraying an autistic person so believably!
