Basically to sum everything up the epilogues are just scenes that happened that they didn’t show you.

The part I believed was him sleeping on the floor and going to his house not the part with him with yeona at the art studio etc. Things that were happening when he was asked to leave but was asleep. I agree with all the above and understood that part of it but not all scenes that followed after cause he would be asleep and not in a different outfit

If you go back to when Choi, Ung turns down Yeon-su for dinner, he tells her he had something come up unexpectedly, then you see him at Ji-Woong’s apartment, he was already sleepy and ends up on the floor sleeping.
He knows the passcode, remember he left the food his mom made in the Refrigerator, back in episode 10
Everything is real that has been happening. Ji-Ung, hates coming home to his apt, he said early on that it wasn’t welcoming and he was thinking back to when he had the fever and woke to find Choi, Ung sleeping on the floor.
Choi, Ung had also told him that his place was lonely. None of it was a dream, it all happened.

I believe everything with Yeon-su happened. I think the epilogue just shows that Choi Ung is a good person and that's why his friend is feeling so guilty for crushing on his girl and why he wants it to end.

None of it was a dream. The epilogue just showed us that Choi Ung didn’t leave Ji-woong until his fever went down.
