Yesterday waking up to our vimeo being disabled and terminated was something hard to handle in its own. Its like losing your phone and camera with all you memories gone like that. We uploaded over 300 videos since last July. Today is our 1 year anniversary on patreon that we thought would be celebrated differently.
We were notified we can not get our account back and we have to find a new place to upload. This is something we didn't know was going to happen to us but will work tiredesly to fix it. As some of you guys already saw we uploads Run 95 already ( one day late for some who didnt see when we originally posted on time) . We will manually be uploading each video and changing the link to what already exist on patreon . Everything here on patreon will remain the same. You can still expect a video tonight Run Episode 96 and our schedule remains the same. ( we will not be sad on tonights video) we will briefly explain what happened and move on from it.
I was reading through the exit surveys and this one and several others were shocking to me to read. I know recently we had "excuses" why something was late or not coming with moving to a new house, joshs health scare again and the weather power outage. I am sorry.
i am also sorry to anyone who thinks that we are rude, narrow minded and feel attack about being vocal about our feelings.
I understand a lot of exit surveys reasoning specifically covid because I been out of work since March. I am currently searching for a new job at the moment,. but another one I don't understand is how active we are. If we have a schedule of MWF we upload those days always. Occassionaly life gets in the way and maybe something is late or comes the next day but we never not given what we have promised and when we feel bad we upload surprises and extras for lifes mistakes that happen from time to time. Saturdays will come back soon. But I feel like we have been very open and kept this schedule for a year.
Because we are overly vocal about us and our daily life and whats going on more opinions can be made and confusion on whats going on. We lost 174 people yesterday and today. We already had the least amount here and on youtube. Maybe its us. Maybe its me. I just don't know how to come back from it. I feel defeated lost and sad because someones hatred/ jealously led them to want to cancel us out. We lost 200 people on twitter. We havent gained 50 subscribers this whole year. The comments went down and I feel like people lost interest in us and we pushed them away somehow. Im sorry I really am but like I said on twitter I feel like I lost family.
A simple attack someone made and many posts later about it they won. Not because I gave up and Im not going to come back and do what I promise but because they got our family to question us and leave.

I know this post is old so you probably won't see this but I wanted to let you know that I am a new YT subscriber and Patreon of yours and I have enjoyed getting to know you both as you are getting to know the BTS boys. There are supportive people and toxic people in every community and I truly hope you don't ever take hateful comments to heart. As long as you are being true to yourself and your love for BTS, you don't have to worry about it. The good people who vibe with you and want to support you will always be there. I'm working my way through your content, and I hope that you always remain true to your truth. I hate when reactors get carried away with what other people think and start filtering what BTS content they react to and hiding their emotions/reactions to cater to the haters out there. Just be true to yourself! Continue to learn as much as you can about the members and pick up on the little details that help you to better understand them. Continue to carefully read subtitles and verify information and watch with loving, honest, attentive eyes. Continue to be YOU! You're doing great and I hope that you always believe that. I have a special affection for Cait and how she watches and engages with BTS content, but you both are super awesome. Happy to have joined the family!

I didn't discover you guys until right before Butter came out but you both were so adorable I had to keep watching. I went back to the beginning on youtube first and started bingeing your reactions. Seeing your beginning made me feel like I was starting the journey again into discovering BTS. Then I started on your patreon and making my way through the content. Your reactions are pure and your personalities are genuine. You are allowed to express your feelings- I mean you are REACTORS. There will be people who don't like it and of course just mean spirited people who are always looking for ways to put people down. Hopefully you are able to let those comments go a bit easier now and know that there are other people out there who appreciate what you do and how hard you work to make content. Keep up the great work Josh and Cait and hope to stay on this journey with you for years to come!

For some reason there is an overt crankiness in people probably due to Covid and the lack of freedom and money and I'm sorry you were a victim of that. Keep your chins up. The quality people will always be around in whatever way they can and I'm sorry we aren't more vocal in letting you know.

Or better said, I have not been able to watch any of your videos in a while, but I didn't cancel my subscription (even though I have no income) because I wanted to keep supporting you in the little way I could. I think the last time I was able to watch your videos was over a month ago (or longer?). I'm a bit out of the loop, but I think you're genuine, good and nice people. I haven't been here in a long time so I don't know what is going on exactly, but please know that people often mainly leave because of money issues. Many just have the intention to bingewatch and leave afterwards, even if they would like to stay. To be honest, that was my intention too, to watch as much as I could in one month because I honestly can't afford it to pay every month. In the end, I have been here now a couple of months because I wanted to support you. I suspect the majority of the people that left likely did it for money reasons. That doesn't mean it Don't listen to the ones that leave with a bad attitude and mean words. You don't deserve any of that. You post a LOT. You work a lot. You both make a big effort to post regularly and frequently. You don't have anything to blame yourself for. My comment may not help, but it's okay to feel down about people leaving or being rude. You have every right to be upset. I hope you both know you deserve the world.

We are fixing each video so the post dont say sorry not available from the links becoming broken after we were deleted. Everything on patreon will remain the same we just have to fix each link. We started to get discouraged when a lot of people were leaving while the issue was a result of someones actions and started to feel defeated but those who stayed and all the nice messages we bounced back started fixing everything and uploaded the scheduled video.

I think youtube algorithm has slowing down the recommendation of your videos, because I usually don't see them unless I look for them. I can just said that I understood you may not be releasing content with how busy you were changing homes and the pandemic itself. I just hope you don't give up, you can take your time to sort things out and maybe after the deleted videos situation is solved, you can schedule videos on youtube more often to win the algorithm back. I always say, you are really nice, we actually enjoy your reactions, it's definitely not a fault in that sense

There has never been a time where you guys haven't told us why you can't post on time. Real Life should come first, you are a family with 2 young girls, situations/complications happen. I have noticed with the health thing with Josh. Between work and his health, Josh has seemed abit deflated. But that also happens with the kind of schedule that you guys keep. I hope above all else, you guys look after yourselves and your mental health first. Maybe look in to creating a Google drive. I have alot of BTS content on mine saved, so I can watch it. And its easy to share the link and allow videos to be seen. I do this with my niece who is also a fan, as sometimes she can't pay for certain content. I wish you all the best with whatever you guys work out. Happy Anniversary for your 1 year. Its my birthday on the 30th June, so its good to celebrate besides end of tax year 😁 stay strong guys. I feel so upset that people can be that entitled and treat you guys like robots expecting you to put out videos 24/7 instead of human beings. Whenever an upload was cancelled (which wasn't many times at all?) you guys always properly informed us in advance, kept us updated and tried your best to provide as soon as possible anyhow and appear before the camera with a big smile and giving us sincere reactions. I'm glad to see more are thinking this way, please don't change because this is what made me (and many others) favor you guys over many others who tend to do stuff just for the hype. I know it’s hard but try not to take it too personally though I don’t know how one can do that. Sometimes I feel disappointed as well when I wait for an upload and something comes along but I totally understand. As I’ve mentioned before you already post so much content here and on youtube and you always update us about what’s happening and at the end of the videos you express your opinions about what you just watched. Unlike other reactors, who seemed to can’t wait to turn off the video as soon as they finished watching it,not offering any opinion at all. Like they just watch it because they would get a lot of views. Just keep doing your thang and new subscribers will come along. Just an honest observation, when you’re tired or something is off,it really shows. Like when Josh wasn’t feeling well it really showed and like he was not in the mood and instead of enjoying the reaction I felt sad as well and disappointed though I understand. It happens to the best of us. Majority of the people that became patrons don’t have irl army friends so watching reaction videos like this makes us feel like we are watching bts videos with an army friend. I want to reiterate that I appreciate what you do and I will be here supporting you. I think many people who watch other reactors are so used to a fake persona on-screen that they can't see you both are actually 'a breath of fresh air' ~ it's not common to find BTS reactors that are true Army in my opinion. Seeing your journey through this platform has continued to bring me a lot of laughter and joy for many months, plus you both work so hard and uploading extra content if something happens. It all seems super sketchy, it's almost as if someone is deliberately trying to take you guys down and I seriously can't understand why they would even want to?? Y'all are super sweet!! You constantly give us more than what we even pay for. Some of the stuff Y'all react to at the 3 dollar teir, i see some reactors charge 3 times that amount just for ppl to be able to view it! I hope you don't let this tear you down ♡♡♡ As a bit of 100% honest feedback: I will say that the only thing ive noticed over these past few weeks in your more recent reactions is that Josh's energy has gone down (but i can honestly just be seeing things. Plus he's human so its ok to have off days) but ya thats the only thing that was confusing me cuz like whenever he posted on his josh react channel he would have all the energy but then when i saw him here he would seem a little sad :( maybe its cuz he feels more comfortable with us on patreon?? Idk. But yes other than that very small observation to me your channel has been consistent since day 1!
