2020-04-05 15:18:18 +0000 UTCThis was an end of the year performance in 2018. They hadn't done Mic Drop in a live stage like this in awhile and it was so fierce! Also this was one of the first times Hobi wore his hair brushed back and the timeline was freaking out over Hobi's forehead lol

2020-04-05 04:36:15 +0000 UTCOhh... this performance was very iconic in a very unexpected way. Let's just say that BTS were not treated well and used for clout at this End of Year special. Basically, they made BTS sing 2 songs, one at the beginning and the other song was second-to-last so that the show retained its audience but denied them the honour of having the last performance and gave it to a group from the BIG 3 (In Korea only the most outstanding group of the year has the last performance, let's remember this is 2018 when BTS became 2nd global best sellers, spoke at the UN and got the Korean Award of cultural merit). Koreans heavily criticised the obvious favouritism of the show. Next year they attended all Korean performances except this one... because they were performing at Rockin New Year Eve in New York. So its epic in the way that BTS choose an old song to end their performance instead of their new songs (they knew what they were doing lol). Therefore, Mic drop is the last song they ever performed for this rigged show. Now that you know this, you can activate the subtitles of this performance and enjoy the show again lol

And no, it wasn't mamamoo haha The camera angles for this always make me so dizzy haha. I never understand why they spin the camera so much. I really like to see the dance so I'm not a big fan of the strange angles. Also sorry to be a pain and keep asking.. (I'm not sure if you see the comments people leave for you or not, if you do sorry to keep asking), but have you stopped having scheduled bangtan bombs now?
