If you like to see a female character in an empowerment role I recommend Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo and Strong Woman Do Bong Soon. Both dramas have unique plots that focus on how society views women with strength but has both comedy and romance. A Film I recommend as a starter would be 200 Pound Beauty (2006 comedy), My Sassy Girl (2001) and a few newer one called A Werewolf Boy (2012) and a scary one Train To Busan (2016). The newest Korean movie that everyone is watching is Parasite which I highly recommend =)

2020-01-25 15:29:03 +0000 UTCidk i you will se this but i hope after finishing rookie king you will finally watch some V-live videos like their comeback talk shows and Namjoon's personal album reviews or some other fun ones also the Festa kkul FM videos they do on youtube for their anniversary that are an hour long are so good as well, i believe that you have seen their latest Festa video already( Bangtan attic) but If you have not seen the previous ones please do check them out! also Summer Package dvds and Season Greetings dvds are fun as well!

2020-01-25 04:03:06 +0000 UTCI would LOVE if you watched Hwarang and Guardian: The Lonely and Great God (best k-drama in my opinion and some scenes was filmed in Canada) The k-drama world is really huge maybe you should start with watching K-movies first so you get a feel for what it's like maybe, it's up to you guys I'll watch whatever you decide =)
