Writing Update 15/10/24

Good evening folks.

Good(ish) news! I have had two restless nights and a plot bunny. As a result of that, I deadass belted out like, more than twenty pages of stuff.

Unfortunately. It was not twenty pages of what I was supposed to write. XD

Life do be like that some times.

HOWEVER!

I now have a third commission story ready to drop. You lot will be getting all four of those chapters all at once, and a week after that, I'll start releasing Gallows Duties, He Who Fights Demons, and this third story publicly. And we'll see if people like any of them enough to commission more chapters.

How the commissioning will work you ask? Why thank you for the segue.

Here's my thought. It's going to be 350 dollars per chapter. I have a ko-fi through which said chapters will be commissioned. Once a commission reaches 350 bucks, that story enters the update queue. It gets written, and posted. You lot here and at the Subscribestar will get it first. And a week after that, it'll get posted publicly.

If any one person who is not in the Patreon/Subscribestar puts 20+% of the money for a commissioned chapter, they will get the new chapter alongside y'all in a DM.

What will the commission entail you ask? You are doing great with these perfectly timed segues.

I'll commit to any commissioned chapter being at the very least 2500 to 3000 words, and if it needs to be more than that, it'll be more than that, but I'll commit to that being the absolute least, which is like, seven full letter sized pages.

I think this is a pretty fair way of going about it. Or, at least, it's the fairest I've managed to come up with. If y'all got any suggestions, feel free to let me know about 'em.

Now...when exactly will I post those four chapters of commissioned story?

Erm...okay first, fantastic segue. Second, I am agonizing over a name, so I'll get back to you.

Now that that's dealt with, all effort will go to the next Kaiju Slaying. Which has like, two hundred words as of now.
