So the character vote will work like this:
I post a poll for the $4 $10 and $30 tiers and they all vote. Then I post a poll that's the exact same thing, but only for the $10 and $30 tiers. That's their second vote! At the end of the vote, I combine the results from each poll to pick a winner.
