A: They are all in the same universe. Lexicon loves milk and receives regular deliveries from Luella. It’s doubtful Luella would lend Sarka to Lexicon even though she’s asked before. Although it probably has more to do with how much money Sarka’s milk makes her than anything else. Luella still brings Sarka with her to deliver milk occasionally because she likes to show off, even though it makes Sarka a little uncomfortable how hard Lexicon stares at her. I think Fiora was slightly jealous.
