At least out of all your other protagonists it seems that way. He still only has the one ability slot after all and otherwise only has a skill or two, the rest are traits and his Single Familiar Giffany. Other than that I don’t mind the Timeskip, I actually think it was a good idea as I don’t want to see too much of the same old but adding wary Lucy to the mix until she cracks. Loved the Moss part tho, couldn’t have happened to a worse person. Man caused the Internet to collapse on top of the Corpo Dystopian Future. Talk about adding Shit to the Pile.

Maybe a little bit because Lucy wasn’t there but I understand he wants the face melting virus code for his number one digital girlfriend. He still needs a lot more training and abilities but there is one last thing he would need to do before he’s ready to attack the corps and have their sky fall upon them. This is completely the endgame for his time in Cyberpunk. He needs to go to the Cynosure facility under Dogtown and install Giffany at the core. The whole point of Cynosure was to combat Arasaka’s Soulkiller by enslaving the Netrunner’s next best equivalent, AI’s. Bartmoss and Datakrash put a big ass dent into it and the project was put on hold until they piggybacked into gaining control of the greatest AI of all. The Blackwall. Giffany in all her glorious power could then with time completely take over the Blackwall and with it just consume and subsume everything on the other side. It’s the closest thing Grimm can do to save the world as well. Completely destroy all of the AI’s that are ready to destroy humanity and then systematically incinerate everything every corp has their grubby fingers in and take every head of the hydra with the power of a meatspace merc that puts all other legends to shame and a girlfriend AI who has the power of the entire old net at her fingertips. Nothing could stop them from literally destroying everything the corps have been built upon. Maybe then the world can heal without their overlords. Anyway that my chapter rant. Loved the chap, love that Grimm is now pursuing Lucy and that she seems to like it, love showing the glory of not working with a tool like Faraday (make sure to put a bullet in him at some point) and can’t wait to see what we get outta Bartmoss’s deck. Sure the standard Suicide and Data Reset quickhack should be in their bit this is a chance to make some crazy shit that we ain’t seen. Maybe take some gacha abilities as inspiration for a few original quichacks. Keep up the great work bud!

Sure it might start the 4th corpo war as they are gonna assume it was one of the other corps and then we got open warfare and tickets out the ass probably. Shit I imagine stirring the pot and deliberately causing a corpo war would be worth a diamond ticket at minimum.
