DxD Race Change poll

Partly because I don't want people to complain about the decision but you didn't hear that from me.
So it is finally time to decide whether Takumi will change his race.
Before I present the choices here is something to keep in mind.
The race change is NOT permanent, this is called the Dragon's ascent, not Devil's ascent. Plus he is an alchemist, race changes are in the description.
Secondly, this does NOT mean he is becoming a slave. Takumi is too smart to agree to such a thing and he is too important and well-connected to be able to be chained down. They cannot really force him to do anything with his backing.
Think of this as more branching paths. Here are your choices, pick wisely, or go with your gut. You pick more than one choice by the way.
Stay Human - Takumi decides to reject "the deal" and stubbornly refuses to become a devil. Remaining as a completely separate entity.
Become Devil - Takumi accepts "the deal" and becomes a devil, gains access to devil abilities, scams the underworld and deals with the demon society by flipping the chessboard. Also potential devil contract bonus chapters.
Author Chooses - I do what I think would be the most interesting for the story.

Ah, someone actually managed to catch the single minute that chapter was up. I am honestly impressed. What I disliked about the Grayfia plotline wasnt how I started it but how I failed to continue on it. I will try to actually expand on that plotline this time. Also, you might want to forget about the 36 you read, it was more of a beta chapter and I revamped it slightly.

And with his creations I think the devils would need to be quite 'nice' to him with his toys and the potential of having a competent alchemist! Should they even try demanding him to become rias's servant? I don't think that'll end well.

2024-05-15 00:56:32 +0000 UTCI’ll let you decide how you want it to go. You’ve done pretty damn well with this fic so far and I’m curious how you would spin the situation now. I’m also curious on how you are going to handle Grayfia and her inclusion as a relationship considering you said you didn’t like how you did her in Necromantic and the start is almost the same with her pissing Takumi off. Also did you delete chapter 36 for some reason, I was able to read it but when I went to reread it and comment it’s just not there anymore.
