(R1-5) New rig

Welp, the new model IS NOT compatible with Unreal...

What has gone wrong? My pick for the rig system was a major mistake in making it compatible with Unreal. CloudRig is a good system if you work only in Blender, but as soon as the model needs to be exported somewhere it begins to fail. Currently, new model has the same fate as the original model where it holds only by Blender's modifiers.

So what's next? First of all, all work beginning from R1-3 goes into trash can. Second - I'm changing the rig system for the model. This time I'll use Auto-Rig Pro. This is a more simpler and robust rig system that can export animated models 1 to 1 into other software. Being able to export animation 1 to 1 without issues is the main reason for picking it.

Can't say how good the new rig will be, but it should do the job. Also, the new rig looks like a rig straight from Maya and utilizes the same techniques. This isn't good or bad, it's just different. I worked in Maya and can say that the rigs in it are good and flexible, most of the time...

I like how you can split rig systems into 2 camps - Blender-like and Maya-like.
