Hello everyone! I'm thrilled to share that Part One of the Super Mario comic is now complete, just as promised. I have some exciting updates to discuss regarding this project. To begin with, the comic has undergone a significant overhaul. I must admit that I wasn't entirely satisfied with the initial draft, particularly when it came to Peach's character design and the complexity of certain body and facial features. As a result, I decided to start from scratch, opting for a more playful, cartoony style.
Furthermore, I've enhanced the lighting in the comic, drawing inspiration from the latest interpretations of Nintendo games. You can expect to see plenty of dazzling glows and reflections that add depth to the visuals. I've also made some adjustments to the characters' personalities and introduced a few new characters into the mix.
In the end, this project became a lot of fun to work on, and I can't wait to share more with you. Part Two is in the works, and I have plans to create additional chapters featuring various Mario characters. I'm even considering concepts like Delfino Plaza and perhaps a Mario Party-themed comic in the future.
As a bonus, I'll be sharing some of the alternative outfits that Peach will be wearing in upcoming chapters.
