Dev Update #11

Greetings, everyone!
It’s been about a month since the last update, so it’s high time I dropped this long-overdue Dev Update to bring you all up to speed with events concerning the game.

Catching up with events since the last update; shortly after my trip, I hit a rough patch health-wise and needed some time to recover and recharge. Just as I was getting back on my feet, my PC decided to throw a wrench into things. Thankfully, past lessons on the importance of regular backups saved me from total disaster, but it still slowed things down quite a bit.
It definitely wasn’t the ideal start to the month, but what matters most is how we bounce back, and I’m happy to say we are soo back. So let’s shift our focus to what lies ahead.

What to Expect in the Next Update:
Day 4 of FWON will keep leaning more into persuasion, lewds and more storytelling. This update will introduce more grounded characters who won't be easily swayed, especially the milfs whose arcs will begin to take shape over the next week or two.
As always, the morning section will ease you back into the story, but this time, the scope is expanding. So expect a more eventful day and what might be the busiest one in FWON so far.

 

We’ll transition out of the intense standoffish nature of the Futa on Futa path and return to Hana’s comforting presence, while also focusing the spotlight on other girls' stories like Erika and Elysia, taking the angle of subtle 'persuasion' in various forms.
Our resident protagonist, emboldened by her growth, will continue to stir the pot especially with Sophie, Amelia and newly introduced girls like Kendra. Meanwhile, the rest of the day will begin shining a long anticipated limelight on characters like Professor Johnson, who’ve been teased long enough.

I'll soon share my current plans for the depravity path as well, but in short, we’ll be placing more emphasis on the Netori path moving forward.
To put it into perspective; out of about 11 main girls, we've only covered 3 in the first week of in-game time and it's already been almost 2 years in real-time. With more characters being introduced, there's the need to weigh how to best pace each path. This is just a heads-up for longtime fans who’ve been following the game's rhythm and an assurance that I'm aware the Netori path has lots of progress to be made.

I'm still writing multiple overlapping storylines for the main path, weaving them through to the 2nd and 3rd weeks of in-game time. The goal is to keep the experience exciting until the game wraps up.
The final quarter of the next update is currently being worked on, and it's my biggest wish that you all receive it in peak condition. More details of the next update will be dropped in the coming sneak peeks.
