Creating Shapes - Implied

The poses were not the easiest to hold, trying to keep my body symmetrical as I balanced with a challenge. As a personal trainer, I had the education needed behind getting my body into these positions. More than a few times I was bouncing around trying to warm up my joints, especially the hips. I was clothed in these photos which adds to the success of the shoot!
