Tifa has spent the whole afternoon training in her martial arts. Her new techniques require a lot of skill and balance... But her new insole really makes things easier. Since Cloud was shrunken with that shrinking materia, the legendary merc had been reduced to nothing more than a little ant but at least he could help her this way, as a strong insole... Or that was the plan at the beginning, but spending every afternoon under her leather boots was being harder and harder to endure. Those boots were made for combat, as a way to protect her feet... But they really condense her sweat down there. Whatsmore, her techniques also involve barefoot kicks, which also leads in a dirty sole.
