The Brocken Hurst Naked 5K run
Added 2023-05-17 07:36:58 +0000 UTCOn Sunday was Brocken Hurst's first naked 5K run of 2023. This was Simon's 5th time running, and with a time of 33m11s, it wasn't his best, but definitely not his worst either. One of our daughters also run with him. This was her second time running the course. Simon beat her the last time she ran, so she hoped to turn the tables this time, but it was not to be. He still came in nearly 2 minutes ahead of her! So now the focus will be on the next 5K in September...
Helen didn't run the race, but she did volunteer to help run the event. She was on the reception desk, registering runners as they arrived. She did pretend to 'finish the race' later on though for the sake of photos. You can see from that picture why she simply can't do much nude running!
