Hey all, Ethan here again with another live show archive mix. This one is from our brief Australia tour in 2018 with Naked Giants. Both tours of Australia have been highlight moments for us, the nice weather and somewhat more relaxed vibe of festival runs there almost feels like a vacation compared to some of the denser runs we've done.

Being a festival recording, this show is a little bit shorter but packed with memorable one-offs like our one-time set-opening cover of "Uncontrollable Urge" by DEVO (later captured on KEXP), and some Naked Giants content. For my part, this was also back in the era of my Shredmaster distortion sound which means the guitars (at least mine) are more weirdly 80s metal and mid-scoopy in a way that sounds totally weird to me now. It almost sounds like I'm using a Boss HM2 or something. John, our engineer dutifully suffered through this phase of trying to make my guitar sound good and I will perpetually owe him one for that.
