Production update 2021-07-27

This will be short. I mostly wanted to say that I'm out of town for a week, as I'm taking a vacation with my girlfriend. I'll be back on Tuesday next week.
The exciting news I said I would be able to share are unfortunately still delayed. It's something that's out of my hands and that I really wish moved quicker, but I'm stuck waiting for emails and harassing people until things get moving.
As far as progress goes, I'm still piecing together the script but it's getting there. The past couple of weeks have been filled with a bunch of responsibilities, distractions and other stuff that's just generally keeping me away from being able to progress fully.
I've also had some issues focusing because the little time I get to advance is far between and I always need a day to get momentum going. So when I get only a day from time to time, every one of these days feels like derusting/getting the ball rolling and I never feel like I'm able to work to my full potential. That is a problem with my mental approach, and something I wish the solution for was easy. I will keep trying to find better ways to be more efficient with my time.
That's it for now. In general the summer has been very nice, but my output has been low. I do still plan on finishing out the entire series before the end of 2021, so there will be a lot of content in the coming months!
